Once upon a time,
there was a white car.
It was just like all the other white cars out there.
It got you where you needed to go,
and it never quit,
not once.

There once was such a car-
it was mine.
I took it everywhere with me,
to the grocery store and shopping-
I took it to school with me,
and more.
But sadly now-
my car is no more.

Don't worry,
don't fret,
it's still alive,
you see.
But the stupid guys at the inspection company,
said it's not good enough for me.

It was good enough to get me home,
everytime i needed to get home.
It was good enough to take me to school,
and kept me safe each time.
It was good enough to miss the telephone pole,
and the fence,
as it glided across the field that day,
keeping me safe and sound,
behind its black, leathery wheel-
Because that car is the best car,
a girl could ever have.

But the guys at the inspection company,
they said it's not that cool.
The ball-joints aren't tight enough,
and the lights don't work so well, too.
I tried to tell them
i fixed them already.
They said it's too late.
My car's just a pile of rubble.
Sitting there in the parking lot,
immobile.
Unable to leave.

So even when you think your car is the most reliable there is,
remember the sad, sad story-
of my Nissan's failing grade.
I know, i know.. i posted this in my journal.. but i really liked it. lol. i think it's funny, and i really love my car, even if it is a piece of junk and wouldn't pass inspection. yup. so here it is! the story of my car!

ooh, the thing with the field,a nd the fence, and the telephone pole is... well... i went off the road last winter and was only about an inch away from hitting the telephone pole on one side of my and on the other was a fence post. yup. i was pretty lucky, i'd say. lol. and then the only way they could get me out was if i drove across the field to the neighbor's driveway, and then my uncle attempted to pull me out. in the process, he also got stuck. so then our neighbor came out to help, and he got stuck. so there we all are on a cold winter's day all three of us stuck in a cow pasture.. yup. it was a good time. needless to say it only took them an hour to get unstuck, and then like five minutes to get me unstuck. i had to laugh at that. anyway, thought i'd share. hope you enjoy! especially if you haven't read my journal yet, lol.... so here it is!

HAHAHAH! AWESOME! My first car ever was a '91 Nissan Stanza, and it ran beautifully.
