I love the way you look at me,
when i open the door and come walking in.
It's so nice to see that you truly care,
and wait for me to prepare your meal.

I love the way your big eyes stare,
through the glass,
so round and pure,
and they way your lower lip will quiver
to see me looking in at you.

I love the way you're always near,
and never leave me,
would never dare,
even when you walk away,
pretending you don't care.

I love the way you say good night,
and welcome me at the break of day.
I love the way you pose for pictures,
and yet refuse to admit you're cute.
I love the way you try to write down phone messages,
even though you can't really write.
I love the sound of your voice,
especially when you sing.
I love it when you recite poetry,
though you really shouldn't take lessons from Cassy.

I love the way you you say you love me,
and tell me how much i mean.
